Annual Grants Program
High Point would not be what it is today without the effort of those individuals and organizations that impact our community every day. The Annual Grants Program is a living, breathing example of our commitment to meeting unmet needs of the greater High Point community.

Community Impact Grant
As our community evolves, the High Point Community Foundation adapts to ensure that our investments yield the most positive impact on High Point. Not only do we seek to respond to pressing needs as they arise, but we encourage nonprofits to build their capacity to anticipate opportunities and challenges that are on the horizon.
Updated Community Impact Grant Application Process
As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our grantmaking process and serving our nonprofit partners more effectively, the High Point Community Foundation (HPCF) is introducing a new process for our Community Impact Grants.
Beginning this year, nonprofits interested in applying will first submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) by August 31. The LOI provides an opportunity to briefly describe your proposed project, the community needs it addresses, and the anticipated impact.
Target Funding Priorities:
Youth – Initiatives that support the healthy development, well-being, and success of children and young people.
Education (Pre-K – Adult) – Programs that promote lifelong learning and educational achievement, from early childhood through adult education and workforce development.
Critical Needs – Projects that address essential needs such as food security, housing stability, healthcare access, safety, and other urgent community challenges.
Catalyst Projects – Innovative or collaborative initiatives that have the potential to create lasting, systemic, or transformational change within our community.
Timeline:
Call For Proposals open – July 30
Letter of Interest Application Due – August 31
Final Applications Due (if approved by HPCF) – October 15
